We have developed a method of making cast aluminum signs which is both durable, artistic and economical to fabricate. We can make cast aluminum signs for your buisness or your residential needs. Our cast aluminum signs are fabricated using the lost foam method of aluminum casting. First the sign is designed within cad-cam software and sent to you for approval. Upon your approval and reciept of a fifty percent deposit your sign is then machined into foam on a state of the art cnc machine. The foam is then plastered in refractory plaster, dried and then molten aluminum is poured in. the resultant part is then cleaned finished and painted to your specification. When the sign is completed, we will ask for payment in full. the sign will then be shipped to you via the shipping method of your choice.

The cost of this signage is 0.35 cents per square inch.
