If you are interested in having us create or fabricate a sign for you please contact us through the above noted means and we will discuss your sign needs and get your ideas about how your sign should look, be constructed and be designed. Our designers are educated and have degrees from reputable art schools and universities.

If you choose Signsalive.net to make your sign we will get
your ideas about the sign then we will design it either hand
drawn or computer rendered. We also have access to a complete collection of 3D art and clip art to use in your design. We will then submit this rendering back to you for your personal approval, we will also submit our estimate of the cost of the sign at this time. If you approve you're design and cost estimate and you wish to proceed with fabrication we will ask for a deposit of 50 percent.

Upon completion of the sign we will e-mail or send through
postal mail either digital or printed images of the finished
sign for your approval. Upon approval of the finished sign
Signsalive.net will expect payment of the balance of the cost of the sign plus shipping. If the sign is large enough (our determination) and you reside in Florida or Georgia,
Signsalive.net might elect to deliver the sign free of charge.
Payment currently is by Check, Cash or Pay Pal.

NOTE:
We are a small shop, We receive a lot of calls and e-mails. Due to this demand we cannot answer every call and e-mail. We have to choose carefully what we can do with our limited resources in a given amount of time. If we haven't answered your call or e-mail it isn't because we are not interested in your project or your sign isn't worthy. We simply didn't have the manpower at the time to do it. If you have the time please try again at a later date.

EXPEDITED SIGN FABRICATION AND DELIVERY

As we all know there are times when a sign is needed "AS SOON AS POSSIBLE" due to an emergency or some other unforeseen factor. We will try to accommodate you if possible in such a situation. BUT to be moved to the front of the line involves inconveniences to other customers so we have to add a cost for this expedited service. The charge per square foot for all types of signs we make becomes $90.00 a square foot instead of our customary $60.00 a square foot. If you require this type of expedited fabrication and delivery please ask for it in your e-mail or phone call. Our current backlog is normally three weeks.

REFUND POLICY
Please be sure you are satisfied with your sign and have thoroughly reviewed the artwork and pre-shipment photos as we cannot accept returned signs due to the unique and individual nature of the signs we sell.
Due to this uniqueness of our product we can not issue refunds, All sales are final.
