Here at signsalive.net we believe a happy and content customer is the best form of advertising for our custom wood, HDU signs and signage. We also know how to please our customers where it counts and that is in the pocketbook. We price our signs to be realistic yet be affordable to the smallest shop or even a family wanting a sign to set off their house from the rest. Our pricing scheme is also easy to figure out and calculate and is used from our smallest wall plaque or edge lit sign up to our largest dimensional wood and HDU custom signs and signage.

Here's how it works, and most of our signs are priced this way. A square inch of any signsalive.net sign with standard paint cost .35 cents per square inch when the sign is squared. This equates to $50.40 per square foot, the calculation is one square foot (12 inch X 12 inch)= 144 square inches X .35 cents= $50.40 square foot. Of course shipping and crating must also be applied over this figure. Pictured below is an illustration on how to calculate the squared surface area of your new custom wood or HDU dimensional sign.

This simple illustration is how most of our signs are priced for the cost to the customer. Circular signs are also priced the same way. This pricing is consistent for Standard Mahogany Walnut and high density urethane foam signs. It is also consistent for any type of plastic engraving. Additional cost must be estimated by us for such things as wrought iron hanging devices double sided signs and exotic materials such as African mahogany and teakwood stainless steel brass bronze and we must charge additional charges for gold leaf as this is a very skilled and time consuming task. EXPEDITED SIGN FABRICATION AND DELIVERY

As we all know there are times when a sign is needed "AS SOON AS POSSIBLE" due to an emergency or some other unforeseen factor. We will try to accommodate you if possible in such a situation. BUT to be moved to the front of the line involves inconveniences to other customers so we have to add a cost for this expedited service. The charge per square foot for all types of signs we make becomes $90.00 a square foot instead of our customary $60.00 a square foot. If you require this type of expedited fabrication and delivery please ask for it in your e-mail or phone call. Our current backlog is normally three weeks.
