We are no longer making cast aluminum signs, They are simply too time consuming to make finish and paint or texture with paint or patina. We do however still have all the foundry equipment to do so in an extreme case. We can if the money is extremely right make custom sculpted bronze plaques with facial likenesses. We do not consider this as a production signage item but rather an individualized work of art and they are priced accordingly at $200 per square foot with a limit of a twenty five pound pour.

In order to do this we must constantly be learning new technologies to meet our customers needs in the field of metal signs and signage. We realized there had to be the need to develop the most durable and weather resistant signs available while keeping an eye on aesthetic appeal.

We have developed a method of making cast aluminum signs which is both durable, artistic and economical to fabricate. We can make cast aluminum signs for your business or your residential needs. Our cast aluminum signs are fabricated using the lost foam method of aluminum casting. First the sign is designed within cad-cam software and sent to you for approval. Upon your approval and receipt of a fifty percent deposit your sign is then machined into foam on a state of the art cnc machine. The foam is then plastered in refractory plaster, dried and then molten aluminum is poured in. the resultant part is then cleaned finished and painted to your specification. When the sign is completed, we will ask for payment in full. The sign will then be shipped to you via the shipping method of your choice.

We also make custom painted aluminum signs and these are very durable and weather resistant. Just ask us and we can do all the necessary artwork for this type of sign. Flat plate aluminum signs can also be made which can have very durable cut vinyl or printed vinyl applied to them at a very reasonable cost.

The cost of this signage is 0.35 cents per square inch.
