Pictured above is a three dimensional wood or high density urethane foam sign that can be machined in any shape you can imagine. Signsalive.net uses a combination of cnc machining and hand carving to bring you a finished professional product that will show off your business and bring people into your merchant establishment. Shown in the picture below are the various stages a carved wood sign goes through as it is being carved incised and machined to a finished product. In the first design stage we get the customers input logo designs and colors. We then make a 3D model that we send to the client who ok's the project or suggest changes that we then incorporate. Our customer then Decides what material to make the sign out of. The material can be just about any species of hardwood lumber or a number of density's of high density urethane foam. We can even make cheaper yet attractive signs out of common plywood. We then machine the sign out of the raw material, I have a good habit of sending a picture of the raw sign to the customer to make sure the wood has been machined to their liking. Upon the final approval I spray paint and airbrush the sign to its final finish and then yet again send pictures to the customer for approval and the final payment for shipment.

We can also engrave round objects with our fourth axis fixture. These signs can be as mundane as plastic signs for a men's or women's room or as lavish as a polished brass medallion for a golf trophy.
