Our advanced CNC and hand carved technology can lower the price so significantly we really don't think our competition can keep up both quality wise or price wise. We can make a colorful engraved gilded or painted sign carefully and elegantly carved in days where others require weeks or even months to complete. Doing these wood signs so quickly and efficiently means we can pass the savings on to you the customer. We made the four foot sign above for a mere cost of $480.00 and we can make one for you at a similar price.

Types of wood and lumber

Our less expensive signs are fabricated in pine but can also be fabricated in higher quality tropical hardwoods for a small additional charge. Our company has access and experience with most species of hardwood so just ask and we will almost always oblige any type of special hardwood request. We can also fabricate your new sign in high density polyurethane foam which is almost indestructible by weathering.

Finishing

Generally our signs are first colored with fast drying lacquers and then sealed with high quality polyurethane clear coats with UV additives. This has proven to be a very reliable and durable finishing system. We use the latest in Walcom and Satajet HVLP spray systems to deliver high quality and durable paint films. We also airbrush and gold leaf using this system.

Hanging Your Sign

If You require a custom hanger for your fancy carved wood sign we can custom bend and TIG weld a wrought Iron hanger for your sign.

Shipping

Your new sign can be shipped anywhere within the continental United states. Of course we must charge for this but we try to keep the cost as low as possible by using proven and efficient crating techniques. Your sign will be carefully packed in a custom made crate and then shipped by UPS freight.
