Wood signs are one of specialties and we truly enjoy making them. This sign was was made for the board room of the Amatus global marketing corporation. This carved wood sign is fabricated entirely of Honduran mahogany and finished in a satin marine uv varnish. It has a textured basket weave background and a three dimensional raised globe which has been gold leafed in 23 kt gold. The mahogany was bonded to a marine plywood backing to stabilize the sign. This sign was fabricated using advanced cnc machining technology and then was hand carved to a high degree of detail. The gold leaf was hand applied.
